Hi. This is the qmail-send program at oproxy3-pub.bluehost.com .
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
220.127.116.11 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 571 5.7.1 Message contains spam or virus or sender is blocked : 6500:3390032224|B5A2539
Rejected emails include at least six from various addresses @occ.org.uk, and also two from email@example.com
Please solve this problem as soon as possible as I depend on email for business. If it is not solved promptly I will have to move my domain hosting.
EMPLOYEEI’m sad0Hi Trevor,
sorry you're having troubles, this should really go through our support guys as this is a public forum for feedback but a quick check shows that the sending mailserver (not ours but the one sending the mails to you) in the example you sent is on a spam blacklist (they have been blacklisted for sending spam) - http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.as...
Unfortunately until they get this blacklisting removed from that server we will continue to reject mail being sent from it as this is one of the ways that ISP's prevent spam delivery these days (not perfect but then there isn't any system that is).
You would have the same problem with any reputable ISP but as soon as they are unblacklisted (they can apply for this and ISP's constantly have to unblacklist themselves) you will be able to receive mail from that server.
