My Vann's Order Was Voided

I will probably not be shopping with Vann's again. I placed an order on 8/12/09 and was informed on or about the 14th that my order had been voided because my Credit Card had been rejected. I was also told to call their customer service department for more information, which I did and was left listing to a automated message until I finnaly hung up.

I have spent more time trying to place this order than it is worth and if I could get the product, I am trying to purchase, locally believe me I would.

The entire fault for this delay belongs to Vann's, but rather than owning up and just saying we got a glitch is our new billing system they are foisting the blame off on their customers.

As the World Renowned Merchant, Marshall Field would have said, if he were alive today,

"That's no way to treat a customer."

Why not just send an email saying you are having problems with your system and ask those that are still interested in doing business with you to place their orders again

We regret that you are having such difficulties in obtaining product from us! We do apologize that this issue has not been dealt with quickly.
I believe that we have resolved most of the issues with our ordering system and our phone traffic, while still busy, requires little to no wait.
