Hacker issue

Hello, I seem to be having somewhat of an issue with an apparent hacker on my forum. He has hijacked three old accounts already, and is threatening to take the site itself offline within 1 week unless I open up the registrations so he can continue spamming the forum. I tried to deal with the matter on my own, but now there doesn't seem to be anything else left that I can do, and I'm running out of options. I have reason to believe that he is involved with 4chan as well, though I have no real proof of this.

I was told the person in question is "s3(- l -10n neighnennn"

Assistance from someone of a higher authority would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link to my site: http://crimson.clicdev.com

The hijacked accounts are:

Like I've said, I tried to do my own investigation but I seem to have hit a dead end with it. I just don't have the resources to really do much about this.

Is this still ongoing? If so, we could make a note of his ip address.
He may not be using proxies. But if he is, he is going to be difficult to stop.
Note that there is no known exploit wrt Clic!Dev. He may have obtained these accounts through social engineering.

Yes, the situation is still going on. And he is still keeping to his threat of hacking the board/Clicdev sometime next week. He has also hijacked a third account; "iikuto".

We ran a check on his IP Address for both Stork and Thisbe, and found that it was being used through TELUS Communications that operates up in Canada, which we've also made them aware of the situation. When he posted as iikuto, however, his IP Address was different but still located in Canada. His most recent post as iikuto has another different IP Address registered with Verizon Fios.

Here is a link to the thread he made on our board: http://crimson.clicdev.com/f/index.ph...

TELUS Communications responded to the report we sent them about it, asking for various information. I don't really know what all I'm supposed to give them, though, since I'm not very savy about this stuff. Could you by chance help out with that also?

Thank you.
