Bridges are not accessible/walkable for all.

doesn't take into account lack of community centres, public libraries, etc. Also, neglects to acknowledge the lack of accessibility of major roads due to numerous bridges with steep stairs. It's impossible for some people to get over those bridges and actually get to these roads on foot.

  • Libraries and community centers are included in the "Art and Community" category.

Pedestrian problem spots can be added by following these instructions:

    1. Go to www.walkscore.com and type in any city, neighborhood or address in “Get Your Score” search bar
    2. Click “Add a Place” icon just below the map
    3. Fill out the fields in the pop-up screen: category, add photo already saved in a folder, place name, address, phone, website, etc.
    4. Add a comment about the place... and you can add a relevant hashtag that differs from category names (such as #kidfriendly or #soccer)
    5. Sign in with either a Gmail or Facebook account – click “Submit”
