Weird score so wrong

The walking score for Lockeland Springs is so off base, it's crazy. It is well known as the best walking district, packed not only with lots of restaurants, but also a locally owned hardware store, five local coffeeshops, music stores, homemade ice cream parlors, antiques and art galleries, skate board shop, hula hoop classes/fitness, childrens book store, bakeries, walking trails, and other unique local businesses, as well as grocery stores and more. I am a Realtor and know Nashville like the back of my hand, and I was simply astonished at the 63 score given. Melrose has a higher score, but all it has is a Kroger, fast food chain stores and a busy business street that no one walks. What is your criteria??
