I know that it's hard to reply to ALL emails that ask questions, etc. but it would be nice if us that can't afford premium as soon as we start building to be able to email the support team. I personally think it's unfair that we must rely on forums and other things of that nature to answer our questions, etc. It's just an opinion and idea that a lot of people whom I know use this site have agreed upon.
All I'm saying is that some kind of email support for free users would be nice, all the other site builders that offer a free version even have an email support team but this is the first one that I and my friends have found does not and we chose this site to host our site(s) because it is a bit easier to use but that is one huge flaw we have found. Other than that we're completely satisfied and hope you all would consider doing this in the near future.

Thanks for your feedback. You have mentioned various reasons we can not offer email support for free users at this time. Please note, other providers may not have a dedicated staff for questions posed in the community. We offer this to not only offer efficient support but also maintain a free service. Since Webs has over 40 million users, we are at a different scale than many other providers.
We've found many questions asked have been answered in the pass several times. Therefore, rest assure, your question posed in the community will be answered by a knowledgeable or Webs.com team member.
