Banner Option for Template Users
For the template users, can we have the option to add a banner to the heading of the page? And let it apply to all of the pages made.

Most templates already allow you to change the banner at the top. Simply click the "Template" tab in your site builder, then click the link that says "Header" and you can change the Header background image and logo image.

Haroon what i would like to see is an (optional) dedicated space above the header where we can put in our own choice of ads (google adsense, sponsors, etc). It would be similar to the horizontal banner that webs puts above certain templates, only we would control which ads were displayed.

I agree with Claire, that would be a great idea! If we don't get a reply here from Webs, I'll make a separate topic for it.

This is the kind of thing i need. As currently I go into the header part of the template editor and all it does is allow me to change the text over the default image, however I would much rather use my own banner :/ But it does not give me such an option ._.

Did you manage to find a solution for this?

Is it possible to put a banner somewhere other than the top of the page? If not then how do you put the banner in? Do you upload it like a logo?
Can I put it down the side of the page, for instance, as a photo?
I just want to have an add on the pages that directs people to an affiliate of mine?
Thanks-
Instead of a banner, you could just use an image wherever you want it to appear.

This is already an option.... Just click on the page settings and click on layout, then click on one of the options with a banner.

(original question) When I attempt this, it doesn't give me the option to use my logo BANNER all the way across the page -- only a square spot for my logo. How do I change this?
