Lost your password? Don't have access to your account email? Trying to delete your account? It's a pretty common question around here.
If you cannot remember your username and password to log into your account, you can use the "Forgot your Password?" link on our home page to have your username and password emailed to your Primary Contact Email address.
Don't forget to check your spam filter and junk mail settings if you don't see the email from us. Not sure how to do that? I have some instructions here for the major email providers (yahoo, gmail, msn, etc) that should help.

Horrible support. I receive messages from this, webs, and web support. But I also Noticed a message said I would not be receiving more than 3 email from webs because of an "Increased traffic". There not sending me the password recovery! They can lie and say do this and that but all I want is the dam email. I have webs.com as contacts and on the safe list on my email the same as this site and webs support.

I'm having the same problem. I can't get to the dashboard to make adjustments to my page. Every time I click the link to do so, it takes me back to the login, I log back in, put in my password and then it starts all over again.
My problem was NEVER that I didn't know my login information. It's that the page won't let me do adjustments or update info on my webpage.
Are the techs for this in Nigeria or something that they moved my question here instead of just freaking answering it?
My problem is not logging in, so why was my question moved here??? -

The following will inform you of procedures to take in the event that you no longer have access to the email address used to create your Webs account.
The Email address you set as your Account Email address is used for security reasons and is how we verify you as the legitimate owner of your site. Account information such as your username/password can only be released to the Account Email address. We cannot release passwords to anyone based only on a claim that a site belongs to them.
If you are unable to access your account email address, and do not remember your username/password, it is not possible to gain access to your Webs account. This form of verification is used to protect our users and their accounts from unauthorized access.

After 5 days you guys still dont get it.
My primary email has been deactivated so i am not receiving the password reset emails.

I have requested the password reset email about 20 times now and still haven't gotten it. and no its not in my spam folder...its not in any folder

And they still sending me a message you can change password here. Horrible support, they dont read what you are writing, so happy that is last month of premium servise. Doesnt look verry helpfull support.
I had website, and now like new user. HORIBLE!!!!! all time I spent creating website gone for nothing.

What is your site address and login email? It looks like you may be logging in with a different email address than you created the site with.

My account has been inactivated but how do i get it removed from google search?

You will need to use the username's password to delete your site. The site address is formatted as www.myusername.webs.com, so it is easy to locate. If you do not recall your username's password, you can recover it at http://www.webs.com/s/login/lostPassword

As often is the case, I was not able to access one of my websites and had to reset the password again. However, when I logged back in it connected me to an old website that I was not trying to access. What do I do from here?-
