Eunice,
Take a look at this screenshot:
The only member that should appear without the delete (-) button is the Site Owner which you can see above. The site owner cannot be manually deleted from the account.
If you're unable to see those options within the Manage Members section of your account, please be sure to provide us with your Site Address and the email address of the user you would like deleted. Thank you!

Deleting a member is very simple. Here's what you need to do:
1. Log into www.webs.com
2. Click "Edit this Site"
3. Click on your Members Page or "My Members" located at the top of your screen.
4. Click "Manage Members"
5. Then click the red (-) icon beside the member you would like to delete.

I click the red minus sign to the right of their names on the manage members page and i click OK when it says "do you want to delete this member?", but nothing happens.
the same thing happens when i go to their individual profile and click remove this member.
i tried clicking finished at the bottom of the manage members page after i clicked the minus sign, but to no avail. refreshing had the same effect. -

Hello!
Unfortunately we have not implemented this type of feature yet. Feel free to follow this idea topic: http://support.webs.com/webs/topics/n...
It's been added to a list of enhancements that we're researching for future use within the SiteBuilder. Hope that helps!

My website is lakecareyv-f-d@webs.com or lakecareyvfc.com. I have tried Dom's instructions and followed them to the letter several times to remove 5 illicit members from the website. It does not work. I have emptied the cache and refreshed the screen several times. It still won't delete these guys. So, here are the 5 ID's & email addresses that I want removed: cqxende ; jumpjump ; runrunrun ; whichone ; wuyuwuyu . Looking at the email addresses, I would say it's all the same loser. Just want him gone from this website. All 5 of him. It's annoying that I cannot do this myself. Is there an update to the system that is keeping me from being able to manage the members? I have since updated the settings to manually approve new members. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you. Leigh Sickler, admin.

I have a question. I am uploading photos and members. We use this website for our girl scout troops and to maintain the safety of the girls, once someone leaves our troop, I delete their member ID. I noticed that I am now missing photos. Were my photos deleted when I deleted the member who uploaded them?! YIKES! If so, I didn't know that and there really should be a warning about that when confirming I really want to delete them. However, if that's not the case, where di my photos go?

This is a great question that's separate from the main topic, so I created a new conversation to continue the discussion.
Please reference the new conversation here: Missing photos -
