For more than a week now, edited web pages are not updating to show new content, in any browser. The HTML code reflects the updates but they are not showing on the web pages. Help!

My solution is to keep a "blank.htm" file on hard drive, make your site changes, delete the blank file throught the editor and reupload it.

Same here. It started on November 9th. Shot them an email on the 15th...
"Hello,
I'm Dannelle from the Webs Support Team and I am sorry we have not yet addressed your concern regarding the publishing of your website.
My records show that you are still using an old version of our Site Builder. As a result, your query has to be addressed by a specific team. Your initial inquiry has been escalated to them. They will contact you by email as soon as they have an update.
Thanks for reaching out to us. I appreciate your patience."
One week later, still not resolved. Very irritating. -

Same problem here. (for about two weeks now)
I can upload a new (edited) page but when I view it, it's still the older page being displayed.
Different address act differently to each other also, they should be the same:

I can only wait for so long. I'm just gonna make a 'new' folder or folders in my Site Manager, make folders on my HD, use Notepad & go from there. Copy & paste everything when needed.

I am having the same problem as others on this thread. I can upload a new edited page but its the old one when i view it. Has anyone figured out a way to fix this problem or why there is even a problem?
Any help is appreciated! -

I believe this problem (which has NOT yet been fixed) is out of the users (our) control. The admin have changed/configured something back in November 2017 and broke it. There may be a series of servers, I don't know the structure, but somebody at webs is responsible.
The fact that configuring your own web address differently gives different results is a big clue. i.e.
http://www.youraddress.webs.com/page.htm
http://youraddress.webs.com/page.htm
http://www.freewebs.com/youraddress/p...
http://freewebs.com/youraddress/page.htm
will give you different pages! -

I've lost my patience weeks ago. I've been moving stuff over to neocities.org. Probably by the time I finish, my 'webs' site will be working again. Never fails. Still haven't gotten a reply email from Eric since December 13th.

I did just that last year when nothing worked and nothing was getting resolved.
I started building a site with another company. Weeks later I go back to Webs to test the waters, and it starts working.
I gave up the other website thinking its good now...big mistake. Its time to cut and run. Too much work for no returns other than many people know the web address.
My solution: create one VERY LARGE link from the Webs site to the new site and hope that the link will work :) -

My sites are also been broken by months now, don't upload every site and if does, it does that for one time and not more. Too much sites to move, but have started already, because all the last year have these problems. I hope they are quickly getting some answers for this. I am in the same track that they broke something when the last update was in webs, because this problem came after first update in november. All users that i now in Finland have these problems and planty of more..
