FAQ. How to get support on Webs

We offer several different methods of getting support on Webs.

If you have premium services, such as a domain name or one of the full service packages, you can access Premium Support.

1. Click on the Support link in your account.



2. Select the method of support you would like.



These are:


  • FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and Knowledgebase


  • This is a great place to start, with articles about how to make your website great.


  • Video Tutorials




  • For those who don't like to read a lot of text, but want to be shown what to do, the videos are a great tool!


  • Community Help (you are here now!)




  • Live Chat


  • While we don't offer phone support, we do have a live chat team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more information on that, click here! - How to get live chat support

    Please note: Live Chat is only available to premium users, or those who have purchased the ability to use Live Chat through the credit shop!


  • Email Support


  • The premium support team is available through email. If you have a billing or domain question, do not post it on the forums. Instead, use the option to reach Live Chat or Email Support for these questions.

    If you have a question about your domain name or a billing issue, you may contact the live chat team or write to the premium support department. They can be contacted through the Support section of your account.
