FAQ. Using Sitebuilder 3? Need support? Read first!

If you've recently created a site or have switched to Sitebuilder 3, you may have noticed some changes to your support options.

Where do I find support?

You may access support for your site by clicking the Support or question mark button next to the Publish button at the top of the screen. You can search for an answer to your question or issue in the search bar at the top of the window.



You can also submit a request at http://help.webs.com for assistance.

How do I use my premium support options?

if you have premium services, you may access premium Email, Live Chat, or phone support (depending on your premium plan) by using the buttons that appear at the bottom of the support window.



Where is the support community?

We also have a brand new support community page at https://webs.zendesk.com/home ! In the community, you may search for answers to your questions, report bugs, or submit support requests.



if you are using Sitebuilder 3, please use the support options provided in your account. The support community here at https://getsatisfaction.com/webs/ will remain open to help those on the older editors, but will not answer Sitebuilder 3 questions.
