This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Web form for membership submission stopped working on or after Jan 19th, the date....
Our members can no longer register or renew online with our membership webform. The form stopped working on or after the 19th which was a day Webs.com performed maintenance. Also we can no longer access our submissions through the Webs.com website.
PLEASE HELP!!! This error message HTTP STATUS 500 is related to Webs.com (see below)

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Error message when submitting from my web forms.
When people hit the submit button on my web forms, some are receiving the error message shown in the picture. It is only happening to approx. 10 of the 70 people that send me submissions but it is the same people each time. The rest seem to have no problem. This has been happening since just before Christmas. Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Don't worry about trying to sort the problem out for me. I've given up on Webs, got myself a new site elsewhere. Only had 2 months left on my premium subscription anyway. Just try and help other people please. My website was for just a hobby. There are people on here who use Webs for their business, their livelyhood. It's them I feel sorry for.

My site is also having this problem - when you try to use any form submit button on the site, you get the Oops error page. It used to be the HTML status 500 error.
Going on 3 weeks now.

Has anyone here had the issue resolved? Also, how many people with this problem are using ATT for their internet provider?

Does anyone ever reply to these comments? I'm having loads of issues and nothing seems to ever get repaired.

I'm afraid that because there are so few of us having this problem, that it's not a priority for Webs. Customer support has continuously insisted that it's my browser that is the problem, even though I've tried Win XP, 7, 10 and Ubuntu with every available browser that I can find. Now Webs customer support has stopped responding to my emails and I'm not happy.
BTW, I conducted a poll of our members and the only people having the problem seem to be using ATT for their internet. What this means, I'm not sure, but there doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone at Webs that is qualified (or cares) to discuss the issue. -

It's been almost a year since this problem started and it would seem that no one cares anymore, not only at Webs but their customer base as well.
I solved it for me by changing from ATT internet to Spectrum. I have not had a problem with "submit" since, But I'm still having problems with SiteBuilder- I can't access any of my files except for the root directory, and it's intolerably slow.
It would seem that Webs doesn't care about it's business. We're part of a large international group and our headquarters used Webs to supply a paid site for every chapter. Today most of those have bailed from Webs probably because of the total lack of customer support. My chapter will be next.
