Mobile Web Site doesn't display All pages properly
Why doesn't the mobile web site convert all pages of the site to "mobile friendly" pages? The main page of the mobile web site has an easy to use navigation - so that is good - but, when you click and go into the store to begin shopping for items - they show up like the did before mobile web site was offered. So what is the point? All pages in the mobile site have to be optimized for display on a mobile device or their is no point to offering this to my customers - it is very incomplete application and I am hoping that maybe you guys just haven't finished it? Or is something broken?

It is a new feature that just rolled out Nov 2010. So this is only the 2nd month of it being available. I so want to use it, but seeing its just a baby application I'm waiting to see if all the bugs are worked out and what others are saying about it. It's questions and comments like this that make me glad I'm waiting.

I was so excited when they said they were going to do Mobile - and even considered buying the additonal mobile package they offered - but in the end - it is silly - it isn't mobile friendly at all! They only made the navigation on the home page fit on a mobile phones - the rest - well, they really missed the boat - They need to find a way to get the product pages to display properly - we'll see what happens.

That's exactly what I was afraid off; that it truly is NOT "mobile friendly". I would so love to have this feature for my site. I think it will help us expand and get the word out more, but it needs to work on ALL the pages/apps. Not just the homepage.

its just how it is. I think the only way to get around this is to make a new mobile site

Google adwords just dropped my ad campaign because my web store isn't viewable on mobile devices and this post is 4 years old! It's IMPERATIVE that our products can be viewed on all devices. If we can't advertise and people can't easily view our stores. then we'll be forced to go with another web host who has kept up with the times!

Can you provide a screenshot or text of the message that Google sent you regarding this?

It was a phone conversation. All of my ads are disapproved because the items don't display on mobile devices so it's not a good experience for their users. Also, I can tell this is happening when I check my clicky stats and my store pages are showing up as "Hmm..let's try that again" pages. That means all those clicks I paid for were money down the drain because the mobile users didn't see the right item and were unable to purchase it. :(

Mobile website still doesn't display pages correctly, if at all. It is extremely slow to load on a mobile device and, if customers are prepared to wait that long, only the 1st page is mobile web optimised - all other pages from links appear as per classic format. If I just change my home page to the store page then products are just listed as http URLs with no images - what is the point?
After 7 years I really thought that you would have this sorted by now.
