Issue:
After the short outage we experienced Saturday 1/16 some users seem to still be experiencing difficulties accessing their site builder or live site.
Status:
We are currently investigating this issue
What we need:
First, please completely clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure it is not a cached issue. http://www.google.com/support/account...
If the issue persists, please provide the following details.
-Your site address
-Your email address if you can live chat with our support team to help us troubleshoot
-Your IP address (http://whatismyipaddress.com/)
-Your internet service provider (ISP)
-If you cleared your browser's cache and cookies
-If you are able to access http://webs.com (yes or no)
-If you are able to access your site (yes or no)
-Any error message you receive
- A traceroute to the site you can't access (your site or Webs, instructions at http://www.wikihow.com/Traceroute ). If you cannot view your site, please run a traceroute to your site and not Webs.com.

Our networking team has made some adjustments that may help improve connectivity for folks that are affected by this issue. If you're still seeing problems with viewing your site, please comment again and provide an updated traceroute so we can reference that for further investigation.

I can't get into my site www.my-yorkshires.webs.com
I have chatted on the line and had very rude people that just finally dumped me. 3 times!
I am a kind person and very patient. There was no reason to ignore a paying customer premium that has been with you for 6 or 7 years. I never complain...until now.
And those silly faces...i think we all agree are dumb "how does it make you feel?"
Trust me...get rid of that and let us talk to someone that can help us get our sites back up. Every moment is money out the door.

Having problems with this since yesterday 1/26/2016.
