Issue: Some customers are reporting they are unable to send email blasts. An "Uh oh" error message page appears. They may also see an "uh oh" error message while viewing the Members App.
Status: This issue is currently being investigated by our engineers.

UPDATE: 04/18/2017
This is to notify you that this issue has been resolved, however, there is a caveat. Email blasts on the receiving end will be routed from notifications@webs.com as opposed to the previous email for those with custom domains. This will be the norm moving forward. Thank you -
UPDATE: Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate this issue and are working on a resolution. This is taking a bit more time to resolve because of the technical nature of the Members App and the Email Blasts feature. We are anticipating a resolution within the next 4 weeks.

so this problem has been going on for over 30 days with no fix - you say to contact support and all they say is "we are working on it" - my guess is that nobody is working on it - when will we be able to send email/invites to members?

I have had the same problem and have now had to set up a new mailing list with MailChimp. It's wasted days of my life! I'm so frustrated by all this. My business is suffering

Sent this to Webs via email this morning:
I am extremely disappointed with webs.com and no, none of my reported issues are resolved. I don't even like your "support" emails as they are worthless and misleading; only pointing us to a forum to read more complaints and more high-level "we're still working on it" updates. For the fifth time, PLEASE fix the member's area of the website builder; specifically the mass email tool. Also, it takes me 15-20 times of logging into the dashboard/site builder for my site to get it to leave me logged in. This is very, very annoying and happens with multiple web browsers. I always clear the cache, etc. before trying.
As I've told you many times, we pay for this service and these issues should be resolved. Webs.com needs to make this right and as of today I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of your service. -

I couldn't end email blasts from the old site builder and was categorically told by online chat there was no known issues with the new site builder and to upgrade, so I did...and guess what....still,doesn't work and also now I cannot do an online chat because I have to upgrade further!! I have now had to set up a new mailing list with MailChimp. It's taken me days and days to do. Webs get it together please. I am now in the process of trying to build a wbsite with another provider. Meanwhile I am loosing sales and customers

Let me repeat that their is no technical issue that should take 45 days to resolve. You could buy new servers and load them with all of the appropriate software and recreate the environment in a couple of days. No one is working on this issue or it would be fixed.

Here is what I think is going on - clearly this company is going out of business. They have taken my (and others money) for these websites and now refuse to service or repair their issues. Does anyone on here know of a similar place we can go to get website design/setup who cares about their customers?

Email blast are not functioning with Site Builder 2 on my website: www.christian-miracles.com.
My first email blast was sent on Sunday to members and limited members without any luck. I tried a second email blast and they are not being received. Like clockwork, I always receive a copy of the email blast, but not this time. In addition, it's taking over 10 minutes to upload an image to emails or sometimes not at all.
Furthermore, there is a glitch in adding images on web pages with site builder 2. The application to add photos is not loading properly or taking too long to load.

Since April 18, I sent several email blasts and they appeared to work.
However, I tried sending an email blast on Sunday, April 30 and it didn't work. I attempted sending a second email blast 4 hours later to recheck if it was functioning.
However, it hasn't been received by subscribers to my website: www.Christian-Miracles.com.
Obviously there seems to be an ongoing glitch which isn't resolved!
This is very frustrating when you can't communicate with over 2,000 subscribers!
I would appreciate a prompt response on this issue. -
