unable to update page
So i've been trying to update a members page on my site and after saving it i go to the site and check th page its the same as it was before. I have even deleted the page and made a new one and it still the same member page! When i open it on here to edit it its what im trying to change it to.... been doing this the past two days!

i feel like freewebs does not care about any of us who don't have premium accounts. This problem is annoying beyond belief. I 've deleted pages yet they still show as if their there...

I went to premium [monthly] to maybe get a quicker fix to the problem but nope. I recently just added a page & it ended up being blank. The content is there. Usually it would've shown. Maybe they're slowly working on a fix. Idk at this point. 4 weeks tomorrow for me. Trying Neocities again.

ugh i just feel like they don't care, i learned about my other problem through other people that have sites vs them actually helping.

This works for me:
Keep a "blank.htm" file on hard drive, make your site changes, delete the blank file throught the editor and reupload it.
No luck? Click on "Site manager" button or re-edit one of the pages.
Warning: do not upload images or media, probably will not appear but take space. -

i have no clue how that would work. i ve delete pages made new ones ect and it still comes up with the deleted content.

Neocities is nice but my frames.html doesnt work as it does here on Microsoft Edge. Its strange. Wasted another $5. Now I left myself a note "NO TO NEOCITIES". Tried Chrome & Firefox, nope.
Lets see what happens after the 5th when they work on their servers? My patience is really running thin. -

weird thing is when i go to my site on my phone which is using chrome as well like my laptop, the page loads to how i updated it! .....grr

yeah idk. I just hope that they get this issue sorted out in a few days. it has been ongoing since November 9th. always updating [mainly M-F] emailed them several times & only have gotten 1 reply. very poor customer support. been with webs forever. almost since the beginning.

I'm having the same issue as of a few days ago. Site updates appear when viewed on mobile, but not on pc. I tried contacting them through email support but couldn't even send the email due to a glitch message that appeared when I hit 'send', so I had to send it through their general query form. Still no reply.

GL with sending/getting an email from them. If they don't get this resolved tonight, I'm gonna find a new home tomorrow. [eg: Neocities]. already moved a good chunk over. going on 4 weeks [this Thursday]. seems like eternity.

Don't think they still get that thing going, been web's customer for 10 years now and all year having much troubles with site bilder not to load sites and now for two weeks not to publish some changes. Don't have strenght to move my sites anywhere (so much stuff there in sites) so they are just wating maybe sometime this would be working, but don't even wate it to work anymore. All our happenings been moved to forum site since july, because can't trust people to could go and involvement from websites :/

well what ever they did for maitnance is messing my site up, atleast with the page i've tried to update, now it won't open it just give an error message...

I apologize for the difficulties with viewing the published updates to your site. You should be able to view the published changes to your site within 5-10 minutes after publishing. If still seeing old information past that timeframe, please take the following steps to gather more info to help with our investigation.
1. Edit a page on the site and make a change
2. Publish the site
3. View the page that was edited after 10 minutes and look for the change
4. If the edit is missing, press F12 to open the browser console
5. Click the Network tab
6. Scroll to the top of the list under Name and click the first link (has the name of the page you are viewing (like home.html)
7. Take a screenshot of the results and attach to a reply to this ticket (https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/win... )
8. If unable to take a screenshot, share what the CF-Cache-Status result is under Response Headers (see attached screenshot for example) -

the thing is he says to click on link from here that will bring you directly too page, I can do that and see itupdated its when trying to go through the actual website....not sure if that the same issue you had
