I’m frustrated

What have I been billed for??

Why have I been charged for an upgrade to my account that I have never asked for or authorised? The money has been debited from my account but only in April I received an email requesting my new visa details because it had expired. I didn't update because I have a FREE account!! I DO NOT want to pay for a website for a hobby and will be taking this matter further if it isn't resolved.
