Unfortunately, this issue must be sorted on a case by case basis. We cannot resolve this issue globally, as it is not an issue within the SiteBuilder or Video Application.
This type of error is related to coding with the video file you've uploaded.
There may be instances where video files contains proprietary codecs that are not compatible with our encoder. In turn, displaying the "Stream Not Found" error message.
If you are still experiencing this error as of now, we recommend the following:
- Uploading the video into the File Manager again.
- Changing the File Type using an online file converter like www.zamzar.com.
- Importing the file into Windows Movie Maker and re-saving it as a more compatible WMV. Then try your upload again.
You can download Windows Movie Maker here: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-...

Error: File upload is too large!
Current Maximum: 35.5 Megabytes is the message i get. The video is only 3 min long. -
-
Monique,
It sounds like the file is too large as the error message states. Although the video is 3 minutes long, it may well be over the size limit. I would suggest adding additional storage space to your site and attempting to add your video again. -

The reason why my video is playing is because I embeded from another site admittedly I haven't tried to use Webs video as I can't be bothered wasting my time.

Hi,
It seems like I'm having the same problem as everyone here.
Here is my website with some videos I'm trying to upload. It is very important for us to be able to post videos every 2 weeks so I'd be glad if you could help me with this one.
http://www.infomma.com/apps/videos/
I'm getting the 200 -stream not found
-Trying to upload 2-3-4-5-6-7x is not really an option : these videos are big and they take a lot of time to upload. A busy person don't have time to try over and over again.
-My videos are coming directly from windows movie media so the format of the vid is ok.
I've tried 2 times already and it's not working.
How can you help me ? thx
our email is contact@infomma.com-

Please upload the video file into the file manager. We'll need to download the file to take a look at it. Thanks! -

Thanks for that information Leah. It appears that the codec of the video is not supported by our Video Uploader.
As stated, you may want to try saving the file in another file format. However that is all that can be done at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately the this issue cannot be resolved. I would suggest using an alternative file type for the video such as .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, .MPEG/.MPG, .FLV, or .MKV.
Hope that helps!

I am also having this same issue. I talked to online help but they said to type here for help. Can you please take a look at my tiffweb12 video on my website videos uploaded. I have uploaded it 6 times different ways. None are working. I have uploaded tons of videos in the past, but can't right now. I get the same message the others are getting. My file is a .wmv I made it in the windows media player. I even uploaded it to youtube. But cant get the link to play or load onto the website.
Please help!!!!! www.tiffanyscheerdance.com is my website.
thank you
I am trying to get it uploaded on to my home page.-
Tiffany,
Which video are you having this issue with? Have you tried using an alternate video file type instead? -

Same "200...Stream not found" issue that numerous others have. I've uploaded a few .WMV files -- 3 work, 2 do not. All play fine on my PC.
The site name is http://www.thevillagesbc.com
I've also use File Manager to load one of the videos that do not play. It is in the /Videos folder and called "oldies-intro.wmv"
I don't understand how:
1) using the same tool to create videos in the same .wmv format does not work for some files yet does for others.
2) how re-loading the same file 2 or 3 times does make it work sometimes.
Please explain exactly what we need to do to make this work EVERY time -- this is now well past very frustrating!!- view 1 more comment

Dom,
I removed the other one that was not working and just left that one up as an example. It was already loaded via the Video Gallery uploader to that location:
http://www.thevillagesbc.com/apps/vid...
I also loaded it up via File Manager to my /Videos folder just in case you needed it there to help with troubleshooting.
NOTE: I most recently loaded another one via Video Gallery as were all the others there and it is working fine. It is here:
http://www.thevillagesbc.com/apps/vid...
It actually contains that same intro video along with the rest of the main video. So, as I mentioned above, this seems to be very much a hit-and-miss service from whomever is doing the encoding and hosting for you. -
-
Hi Chuck,
For some reason the codec of this video is not compatible with our platform. Have you tried saving this video as another type of file? I would suggest saving the video as a .AVI, .MP4, or .MPEG file. Please let us know if you need additional assistance afterwards. Thanks!
