I have purchased my website and have a few concerns; my page is still not up and running after eighteen hours. Ialso notice that for my subscription, it expires on the nineteenth of Oct., 2010. Further more the purchasing site is misleading. After you have gone through all the preparation, you are told their is a cost to what was advertised as free. Furthermore the 2 year payment cost is automatically choosen for you eventhough there is a 1year option. Please inform, correct or justify as needed regarding the issues that I am compelled to raise.

Regarding the expiration date on your domain, domain payments renew 45 days before the registration expires so that if there is a problem with the payment, there is time to correct it without any downtime for the website. If the domain is not renewed, the website won't actually go offline until 1 year from your date of purchase, but the due date shows up earlier than that so that there is time for the payment to clear before the expiration date.

Weebly's basic service is free. If you wish to publish your website to a Weebly subdomain (example.weebly.com) or to a domain that you already own, there is no charge. There is a fee if you wish to purchase a domain through us. We also offer the option of upgrading your account to Pro to get access to some extra features but our basic service is 100% free and feature-packed.

I have tried several times emailing Weebly for help with a concern. I never receive a confirmation email nor do I ever get a reply. This morning I keep getting an error message and cannot log into my site.
The error message reads: Weebly isn't working quite right. This is most likely a temporary glitch.
Please wait a bit and try again.
If you're still having trouble, please contact support at support@weebly.com.

This really concerns me because I need to make a correction and an addition to my site. So far I have loved my experience with Weebly and do suggest it to others, but I hope this situation is corrected so I can log in...

There was a problem early Sunday morning that affected a few users and their ability to log in to edit their sites. This was resolved earlier today and everything should be working well now.

Any time you e-mail support or use the support form on our website, you should receive an automated reply right away confirming that we received your request. We do our best to answer all requests within one business day and it's usually much faster. If you don't see the automated reply, please check your junk or spam folders to make sure our messages aren't going there by mistake.

Thank you for your response. This is the FIRST time anyone has ever replied to one of my concerns. No...never received a reply or an automated reply via email and always check my junk mail in case by mistake an email lands there.

I see this has been a problem since last year. But, by now there should be a solution for this right? My website has been down, too. www.thefilipinofranchise.weebly.com. I was about to upgrade for the Pro and the Domain when suddenly, something flashed, and I wasn't able to log in anymore...

Please solve this problem, Weebly!!!

If you haven't already, you should e-mail support@weebly.com and include your website address so that we can look at your account. If you don't see a reply from us within one business day, be sure to check your junk/spam folder to make sure our message wasn't routed there.

I cannot login it says incorrect username or password when i know it is correct i click on new account but it says my email is taken but when i click recover password it says you do not have my email on record, my computer can accept cookies and they are enabled i have even tried temporarily disabling my antivirus. I also sent an email to weebly two days ago but there is still no reply

Bob - if you need a faster response, a tip is to go on Weebly's Facebook page and ask the question. There is a community there that's eager to help Weebly members out and Weebly support seems to patrol the page very frequently.

I have the same situation. I can't upload or access my website. I can't find anyone to tallk to. No one answers my questions or concerns. I find this ad very misleading and unprofessional. Please advise.
