I’m sad

unable to login to your site to place an order

I have been trying for a month to order your product online. I register and enter my information, but it always fails when i try to login. Is there a way that I can order your products? Feel free to contact me via email.

  • Hello Geanan!

    We have you registered with two accounts on our website, with two different email addresses and the same shipping address. I have forcefully reset both passwords. You will be receiving an email at both email accounts with new passwords for you to log-in with. Once you have successfully logged in, it will then prompt you to change the password.

    If for whatever reason this does not work. Please call us at 323-467-6444 and any extension would be more than happy to assist you.
