This message was sent also via e-mail to WWF Bulgaria:
I visited today May 12 2012, Lipnik Park in Nikolovo, near Ruse, Bulgaria.
I was unpleasantly surprised to find there two brown bears kept in small cages, in totally improper conditions.
The two brown bears live in very small places made out exclusively of iron and concrete, surrounded by waste, own feces and dirty water.
Please find the attached photos of the place and a KML file to show approximate position of cage.
Please take the necessary measures to ensure that those bears will be moved out of there and treated in a proper manner.
If possible, please confirm receiving this e-mail and inform me about the result of this information.
