Can't log in

I can't log in to my account when I signed up to be a member. I need to change my address because I've moved but I can't do it because I can't sign in. My email adress is correct and my password is correct but it still will not let me log in

    Hello Laura
    We haven't been able to find you're name as a user name and your email hasn't come through as it is a Get Satisfaction is a public site and emails are not published.
    It is more than likely that you may have logged on but not activated your account. This must occur within 24 hours, or your account is not activated.
    We suggest you log on again and activate your account.
    Alternatively you contact us privately by sending us a message through Get Satisfaction and choosing the contact privately option.
    If however you are trying to change your street address details, you will need to contact your National WWF office directly, as WWF International does not contact people through their postal address.
