subscription cancellation

i cancelled a subscription nearly a year ago but the payments are still being taken and i have tried to do this on this website but the instructions are no more than useless it tells you see pages at the bottom of the page on the right which are not there and a green box for more help that is not there!!
why is it so difficult to cancel a subscription?
Iam aware of the good work you do but this kind of support is terrible.
i expect a full explanation and refund of my suscription

    We appreciate your past support and are sorry to hear you are having trouble cancelling your membership. Part of the problem may be if you are contacting the wrong office.  You have reached WWF International, based in Gland Switzerland.  We do have memberships by donation but do not have any subscription that would involve a regular magazine or the like.  Some of our larger national offices (such as WWF-US, WWF-UK etc) have memberships with regular material received via the mail.  If you think you may be donating to a national office then you need to contact them directly as we don't share members details.  Here is a list of our Global Offices to assist you:

    But if you think you have indeed been donating to us here at WWF International then here is a direct contact for you to sort things out with:
    Monika Kull  MKull@wwfint.org   She is very helpful and should also be able to assist with contacts in other offices if you continue to have trouble.

  • ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING A SCAM JUST LIKE THE REST. ALWAYS EASY TO CONTACT US THOUGH RIGHT!. I'M CALLING FOR THE FIRST TIME TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE CAUSE MY INTENT WAS ONLY TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS. I READ A CANCELLING LETTER OF A WOMAN WHO TRIED TO CANCEL AND STILL IS BEING CHARGED OVER A YEAR LATER AND IT SCARE'S ME. I CALLED TO CANCEL TODAY AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT, YOUR OFFICE JUST HAPEN'S TO BE CLOSED. WELL I HAVE NOCHOICE BUT TO CONTACT MY BANK AND PUT A STOP WITH THIS MYSELF.
