I was on a shoot recently and wanted to repeat this and while the iPad would recognize the network from the Eye-Fi card, and the Eye-Fi app would show it is connected, and even show the individual files downloading, there are no files displayed, and none can be found in Camera Roll or the Eye-Fi folder on the iPad.
I never had this problem before. A friend of mine, also with an iPad Air 2, and also on iOS 9, had the same problem with his Nikon, using a Mobi Pro card.
Is there some problem with how iOS 9 handles the images that makes them unavailable?
In iTunes I was able to check the usage on the iPad and it showed only the preexisting (IE: downloaded from the internet) JPGs that are on it, nothing from the RAW files I was uploading.
I could use some help.

to pull a card log place the card into your card reader and then into a usb port on your pc and not! a usb hub. then right click eyefi helper in the systray and select get card log, save the card log to a safe place on your pc and forward it to me at alanhinchcliffe@hotmail.com and ill check it out for you

I'm very curious if you upgrade to iOS 9 what happens. That is the only change with my setup from when transfers happened smoothly.
The log file shows that the peer response for the files uploaded are "ok" 0 which is consistent with what I saw on the iPad, where the files were showing the progress bar for uploading, with the file name. Only thing unusual is that they are not showing up anywhere on the iPad.

I am sorry to hear of this trouble.
We have created a support ticket for you, and as Alan suggested we will start with a card log. The instructions for obtaining the card log are in the email we sent you. Please reply to that email with a card log and we will also be testing the issue on our end to see if we can recreate the issue.
Kindly
Adam

One other note: I had previously removed all images from the Eye-Fi folder on the Pictures App. I moved a picture into the folder and while it didn't fix the problem, the thumbnail image of the Eye-Fi folder in the pictures app was not the the same picture as the one I inserted into the folder.

Anyone seeing issues with Images uploading to their iOS 9 devices, make sure to Check Settings > Privacy > Photos and make sure Eyefi switch is ON. Can anyone confirm if it was off?
If anyone is on the Mobi app, can they specify and let us know if the Mobi app settings for export are ON under Settings > Advanced.
Please let us know what you can.
Cheers,
George

There is something in the iOS 9 update that broke RAW transfers from the old Eyefi iOS app. We are currently looking into this with our engineering team. We will update you in your ticket as we have more information about that specific issue.
Patrick and Helen, And anyone else seeing this issue in Mobi:
It is different than what Boris originally describd and we'll need more information.
Can you confirm if you have this option enabled in your settings mentioned in my last post? Do you see the images in the Eyefi Mobi App?
Also:
-Specify the make and model of your camera, the RAW file type you are transferring (.ORF, .NEF, etc).
-Have you quit the Photos app in iOS and relaunched the app to see if there are different results?
-Can you ensure the iOS settings app permissions are ON for the Eyefi Mobi app
-Ensure you are looking at the correct Moment in the photos app, corresponding to the Event date in Eyefi Mobi app.
-What size are the files you are attempting to save?
Cheers,
George

When the app on my iPhone, when I go into settings, I so not see Settings > Advanced. I see EYE-FI CARD SETTINGS, ADD EYE-FI MOBI CARD, UPLOAD SETTINGS, APPLICATION PREFERENCES, FAQs, and SIGN OUT. Note that I am using the "Eye-Fi" App, and not the "Eye-Fi Mobi" App
I am using a Canon t5i.
I send CR2 Files.
I have closed the Photos App on my iPhone and re-opened it.
I don't know what you mean by "iOS settings app permissions are on" means. I went to Settings > Eye-Fi and Photos is turned on.
I am definitely looking in the right spot on the Photos App.
The file sizes are about 22 - 24 MB, the same as they were before the problem occurred.

When you tried the step Patrick had suggested, did the RAW file save to the device correctly (make sure there was both a RAW copy and JPG copy on the device and not just the JPG)?
Let us know what you can.

George

as far as a fix is concerned, with the information i have given i do not work for eyefi and am purely speaking with the knowledge i have from my role within the forums and casual conversations with eyefi staff is dont expect any fixes or updates to the eyefi X2 software or firmware, the x2 cards have not been sold by eyefi themselves for over a year now and its frustrating to see the old x2 cards on sale by 3rd party retailers. eyefi are focusing their efforts on the mobi etc.

Eye-Fi, are you hearing our calls? Can you please advise what the fix is or provide a software update so that the card correctly writes to the Eye-Fi folder? Thanks.
