I’m frustrated

YouData doesn't respond to emails for help with activation....

I sent YouData 2 emails about activation and I got no response. I just emailed YouData support a third time, and i'm highly certain I won't recieve a reply. My question is, why are they treating this site like fort knox? I want to become a member, but the frustration I feel over the last few weeks, is uncalled for. I text all day long, but I can't get one from YouData for activation? I email all day long, but I can't get one for activation? It's mind-boggling.

* I am in the US
* I have verizon wireless as my cellular carrier
* My email is @aol.com and I have no blocks on my emails

YouData came highly recommended on a blog, but so far it's nothing but disappointing.
