My iphone4 app appears to be frozen

All lists show the same entries for the last four days and they are the most recent 'checked and deleted' entries from just one of the lists. I have also deleted a large number of dastardly duplicate entries on a couple of days prior to the freeze problem, so have no idea if that is still an issue. Today is the first day I figured out that I can see my lists online, but syncing my phone while signed in here isn't helping either.

I was enjoying the app and finding it quite useful. Any help to get it back without having to repurchase would be appreciated.

Hi Jill, sorry you're having trouble with it. It's possible that during the server upgrades we just performed, your account got into a confused state.

My recommendation would be to delete the app from your iPhone and reinstall it from the App Store. As long as you use the same iTunes account, you won't be charged for repurchasing it.

Let me know if that works.

When you delete and reinstall, do you lose the lists you already have created?

Not as long as you've set up an account an synced first.

I didn't- I got exactly what was shown on my online lists. The only thing I didn't get were the deletions I had made when it froze. Good luck to you!
