502 Bad Gateway error

Hi,
I have Silverstripe CMS installed in my cloud, but I keep getting a 502 Bad Gateway error in my admin panel.

I did some research and it looks like it may have to do with increasing the fastcgi buffer size in the fastcgi_params file with nginxg.

Is there anyway to fix this?
Support for Silverstripe would be key for me to really start using the phpcloud service.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hello,

for me this only happens with FireFox.
When I open the URL with Chrome it works fine but with FireFox we have this error.
We get it on windows 7 and Ubuntu.

Warm regards,
Victor

In my case the problem disappears when I switch off SQL profiling in Zend Framework. I guess this means that if we have 'large' HTTP headers is does not work in some cases. When we have FireBug switched off it works fine, because we don't generate information for FB.

Hi, I'm not using Zend Framework. I get this error in the Silverstripe admin panel. And Zend server says 'severe high memory usage'.

I happens in all browsers, even with firebug turned off.

Can you share a snapshot of your container with us?
(you don't have to do it on this board, you can use the private feedback option).

Thanks,
Boaz.

502 usually means that my.phpcloud.com has some internal problem. If you have 502, post your container name so we can check.

Hi Dima.z ... the container name is caecae.
500's are server errors, but not sure how I triggered the error with my PHP echo :(

Could you also provide a URL that triggered this error?
I tried accessing http://caecae.my.phpcloud.com and it did respond correctly.
If you do not want to put the URL here send it using "Private feedback" link in my.phpcloud.com inetrface (located on top of page).

Hi Dima.z, tried private feedback, but not sure if that's working. A URI that you can test is http://caecae.my.phpcloud.com/test_db...

I see no problem with your container. It's a little bit too big and takes more time to start, that's probably why you seen this page.

Sure!
Your container was indeed "stuck".
Unfroze it- should be available now.
